General Terms and Conditions
Before confirming a reservation, we recommend that you carefully read the following terms and conditions.
Inmobiliaria Paraíso, S.L is a company registered in Spain with CIF B03275914 and Tourist Registration Number EGVT 179A, operating commercially under the name BenidormParaiso, hereinafter referred to as the company.
Prices
The prices displayed on the company's website are per apartment, stay, and number of selected occupants, unless otherwise stated. All prices are in euros unless otherwise indicated. Prices include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without affecting existing reservations, except for any changes in legal or regulatory taxes imposed by competent authorities.
To see the correct pricing and occupancy information, add the number of children (ages 2–16) you are traveling with to your search.
Services included in the price: Change of sheets every 7 days and towels every 4 days. Wifi. Access to the heated pool in season. Air conditioning. Heating.
Extra services are available at an additional cost.
Not included: Security deposit, payable upon arrival.
Booking Process Conditions
After making a reservation for one of our accommodations, you will receive written confirmation with the dates, accommodation price, number of reserved occupants, payment conditions, and any additional services you may have booked.
Payment Methods and Cancellation Charges. Upon making a reservation, the total amount will be charged, unless otherwise stated, for the selected accommodation, dates, and occupants, through the chosen payment method. This payment will formalize your contractual relationship with the company.
Number of Occupants.
For legal reasons, the number of occupants in each apartment is limited and cannot exceed the number of contracted persons. Please note that any change in the number of occupants may incur an additional charge or lead to the cancellation of the reservation without entitlement to refunds.
Cancellation Charges:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. The full price of the reservation must be paid if you cancel within 21 days before arrival or do not show up.
If, due to circumstances, the apartment is unavailable for occupancy, 'the company' reserves the right to move you to alternative accommodation of similar or superior characteristics at no additional cost. If 'the company' cannot find a substitute location, the reservation will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Special Requests
Any requests concerning the apartment's floor level, view orientation, etc., are subject to availability.
Late check-out is subject to availability and with a surcharge.
Key Collection and Traveler Registration.
Keys are collected at the establishment from 17:00 to 20:00 generally and from 9:00 to 14:00 if the apartment is available, at no cost. Keys are delivered outside these hours with prior confirmation from the company and a surcharge.
All guests are required to register, and from age 14, they must present valid documentation (ID, Passport, or NIE) upon arrival. Access will not be permitted without presenting this document.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE: Benidorm Paraíso does not have a 24-hour reception. Any arrivals or departures outside the previously established hours must be communicated in advance; otherwise, the company is not responsible for any possible delays or inconveniences caused to the clients.
