The company began managing tourist apartments in the 1980s with the conviction of offering outstanding tourist accommodation in Benidorm. To achieve this, it based its apartment management on iconic, excellently built properties with good services and locations away from noise, as well as friendly and personal attention to our guests. Today we continue with the same spirit and enthusiasm with which the company was born under the trade name Benidorm Paraíso, combining long experience in the sector with the introduction of new technologies and the support of a team of professionals to give you an unforgettable holiday. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out before 10:00 a.m. A few days before your arrival, you should contact the reception agency to confirm your arrival time (flight / boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.

Yes! We have two pools, one heated and one outside the building.

How do I get from the airport to the apartment?
Take bus L4, which takes approximately 20 minutes, or a taxi.
Are they close to downtown Benidorm or the beach?
Yes! The properties are close to Levante Beach.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is private parking in the same building, although the parking space is not included in the price.

Are pets allowed in the apartment?
Pets are not allowed at this time.
Cancellation policies
What is the cancellation policy?
From booking until 16 days before arrival: 0% of the rental amount. From 15 days before arrival until check-in: 100% of the rental amount. In case of no-show, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

Does the apartment have air conditioning and heating?
It has both and they work according to the season.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, we also have a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine and toaster.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Smoking is not permitted inside any apartment.

What restaurants or attractions do you recommend near the apartment?
Near the apartments there is a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. A 5-minute walk from Levante Beach and Plaza de la Hispanidad, also called Plaza Triangular. Private parking available in the same building.
